As hospitality professionals, we are always advising and brainstorming ideas with hospitality professionals.
Our experience assisting people wanting to enter the hospitality and culinary industry, either from soon-to-be high school graduates, college/university students, or current professionals, from line staff to executives, has certainly helped get the ball rolling, as sometimes, we find ourselves in a crossroads, so we do need a person of confidentiality who “has been there as well”, and that can help get us focusing back on long term goals for ourselves in the hospitality industry, or get started on it.
This is typically done via phone, email or Skype, so it is not published to anyone.
