Remarkable Hospitality’s Mission Is

to work together with proposed and existing hospitality companies, businesses that rely (or would like to start relying) on customer service (and would like to apply a hospitality-based service environment), as well as service-oriented professionals, in order to become unique and outstanding hospitality and service leaders in their field, as well as their respective competitive market.

This is accomplished by:

  • Applying Customer Retention Strategies and educating how caring is the key to this initiative (our strategies assist clients maintain customer retention rates above 90%)
  • Identifying and applying fundamental and customized, continuous hospitality and service concepts and innovation
  • Building strong, long-lasting business relationships with internal and external customers

These concepts will result in improved bottom lines, developing a strong and long-lasting hospitality/service-orientated culture, will increase and maintain customer loyalty, and will help be in line with customer expectations.

The Founder

Marco Albarran - Founder Remarkable Hospitality

Marco Albarran is the founder of Remarkable Hospitality, Inc., an international hospitality consulting and educational firm that assists companies to perform successfully by developing and continuously improving guest service standards.

Additionally, Marco joined HotelExecutive.com as Contributing Editor for the Hotel Business Review.

Marco also teaches as a lead instructor in the International Hospitality and Service Industries Management  MBA program for Glion Institute of Higher Education Switzerland (considered as one of the top 3 hospitality management schools in the world).

He also participates as a hospitality instructor and subject matter expert in hospitality, for various universities. Marco has 15 + years of experience in the hospitality industry with a focus on service, quality assurance, and education/training.

Mr. Albarran’s passion for delivering value and quality to his clients and students is a very important aspect of what he believes in, which is simply that, providing remarkable customer service in a timely manner, is the way to create a true loyal base, which in turn, will convert into long lasting relationships and improve bottom lines.

Before launching Remarkable Hospitality, Inc.

Marco worked with HVS, working on national and international consulting projects, including market and feasibility studies for proposed and existing lodging facilities. Prior to this, he was the Academic Program Director for Hospitality Management for Florida Metropolitan University, a subsidiary of Corinthian Colleges, Inc.

Marco has also worked with various hotel management companies and quality assurance companies, focusing on service analysis, management and consulting.

He started working in the family real estate business at age 14 (including a restaurant under the portfolio), assisting with various entry-level operational roles

That experience, coupled with having had the opportunity to travel extensively throughout the world, developed an interest in the hospitality and tourism industry, specifically in the service area of the industry. This led him to study Hospitality Management at Lynn University in Boca Raton, FL, where Marco earned an MBA with an emphasis in Hospitality Management. He is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.
