As hospitality service consultants, not only did we learn from  previous experiences working in hotels and restaurants (as well in other hospitality settings), but we consistently maintain a continuous learning dynamic, via  past and current consulting experiences, always learning more and more from our clients and student’s experiences as well.

We welcome all of you hospitality service professionals to share/submit your service experiences you provided on our site.

Why is this done?

It gives you the opportunity as an individual to brand and market yourself as a hospitality service professional. By sharing a brief service experience from your establishment, it allows for you to demonstrate some of the service fundamentals and innovations that your establishment may be well known for, or perhaps made a significant difference to your brand, property or establishment.

Of course, placing a positive experience is what we may shoot for, yet why not also post any negative ones that you may have gone through as a hospitality professional/establishment, and share with us how you applied guest recovery techniques. This demonstrates your passion for hospitality service as well.

Others will read, learn new ideas, share and inspire (or get inspired) by such stories, so this allows an opportunity to show us how you shined when applying the spirit of hospitality service (no matter what industry).
